An OK day which inclines towards good + Japan volume

haven't been blogging since march..Gasp* (was it that long?)oh my god...I've already been to turkey and to japan and I didnt even blog abt it? Gasp* gasp* okie abt japan, I keep repeating the same thing to eveyone who asked me how the trip was, for me. Well, quite boring actually, ans surprisingly, i didn't find the food delicious. Funny. I think the dishes are too cold for my liking. Literally. Most of the food was laid out like prob 10-20mins before we arrive at the restaurant so it has turned cold before we even start eating. And the soup are all fishy and too sweet. I would prefer korean cuisine over Japan's. The highlight of my japan tour was Disneysea. Coz there were not too many people there and the queues move superbly fast enough, I managed to finish all the rides at the themepark. but i must say the rides are designed with kids in mind so they were not particularly challenging. Nonetheless, enjoyed all of them. Another best part of Disneysea were the chocolate and strawberry flavoured popcorns!!!!! I wonder why i dun see them in Singapore. Super delicious. Apart from them, bought some snacks etc, didnt have alot of time to go shopping so quite alot of last minute shopping done at the airport. Bought some hello kitty stuff for myself, my sis, and some souvenirs from friends. Coz there were not much to buy so our money bag weigh about the same when we came back as compared to when we departed Singapore. Haiz. Japan is so super overrated.

well, I've just booked my japan tour at the natas fair! yayz...hopefully i chose the right tour. Wanted to go Hello Kitty Sanrio Puroland but it was not in the tour. Quite pek cek when my sis showed my the SAtours brochure for a 9 days package which includes Hello kitty land. Arghh...kills myself. But nvm..go next time. yup. It would be directly after my exams. So now study hard first!!!!1

yesterday...................

yesterday...all my troubles seemed so far away....stop! I must stop before i lamely break into a song again...yesterday, witnessed a cat dying again..hai..this is the second time. The first was when I was on the way to my korean class last year. The cat was lying on the ground, body cold, breathing rather weakly. Bought some food for it but it still died in the end. Yesterday, the kitten which had been living around my area for about a yr now or less died. There were no injuries on it. It was sitting when suddenly it leaned sideways and collapsed on the ground. It was breathing difficultly. Not sure what happened to it but i guess its ribcage was fractured of something, felt something protuding from its chest when i tried to check for injuries. It died in a few minutes. I should have taken her away, wrap her up and probably place her body in a sheltered area but it did not occur to me that it would rained in the night. So by the next morning, she was drenched but hard as a rock. I placed her in a plastic bag and put her near the rubbish dump. Should have done that yesterday. Hai. But what to do. The world is a cruel and heartless place. The survival of the fittest. May the cat rest in peace. May there be endless food and shelter for her in heaven.

Arghhh... i need karaoke

i think i was probably born in a karaoke studio or sth (take note: I'm not saying that i can sing well, a..can be considered good when compared to crows), I just love to sing karaoke. can sing hours straight w/o stopping really. Although i dun really like talking much (seriously!), once i stepped into the karaoke room, its like i can talk or sing non stop. abit crazy..jumping up and down on sofas (pls....I did that before Tom cruise..okie), singing yi qi zou ba, then sitting down sheepishly when the staff enters the room in the midst of all the jumping and screaming, for fear of damaging the sofa and having to pay many +++s .


Just ordered the nana rocking shoes..but still have to wait till we have about 18 pairs before placing the order with the online retailer. Can save shipping cost. Hai. Then i'm thinking whther i shld buy another pair....but it'll eat up my meagre savings...and i have to go on graduating trip too!!! Arghh....if i have won the toto....shared the $28 CNY toto with my mum..lady luck is never with me on this. And i even get my white cat to lay his paw on the ang pao to zhao cai..but sadly...nope, doesnt work. I better start on planning the trip with my mum and sis. Korea and Japan. It'll eat up every single penny i have in my account, and i'll have a 'fresh start' for my career...haha. The 2nd pair of boots is in the picture below...

The black one again....I hav a fetish for black things. I was thinking whther i shld replace the prev one with this pair of boots, coz like after viewing the prev shoes for some time, feel like the design abit different from that of nana. haiX. Its going to cost me.

Now me and my sis are frantically using up the credits from her VideoEzy membership. Didnt know the credits are going to expire in April. Got a shock. Have been piahing movies for the past few days, neglecting my studies. Sinful. Watched the following movies:

Review: Despite my monotonous description, its actually a good movie for monster fans. Coz u get to the see the whole monster in broad daylight, unlike other low budget films which usually just show the head or the leg, or never show at all. Highly recommended ****


The Cave: Monsters live in The Cave. People go into The Cave to explore. Monsters find people. People find monsters. People scream. Monsters scream. Monsters chase people. People run. Monster catch people. People dies. People continue to run. Monsters continue to chase. People kill monsters. Monsters dies. How many people lived? Three.

Review: The fact that i gave u the ending means the movie's not worth watching. Dun waste your time. * (1 star for the screaming)


Aeon Flux: Rubbish.

Review: I remember a review on the movie, where the author wanted to replace the 'FL' in 'Flux' with 'S', and i totally agree. A complete eyesore. (ahh...my eyes...my eyes)


The Brothers Grimm: Fantastic. ************** should watch it.

The Black Dahlia: Erm...the plot revolves around betrayal, deceit, the murder of a wannabe actress. *** quite okie.

hey hey...I'm blogging from Penang. Yesh! managed to log onto the broadband network here. Have just spent a crazy night playing hula and i think i sort of mastered the technique to keep it up there for at least 5 seconds. Haha..considered a great achievement for a sports idiot like me. ANyway...got to work on my project! Start editing and maybe i should start translating some of my manga scans if not the manga scanlation site pple will come after me...so thats it! Happy new Yr!!

my shoes have arrived!!!

And i don't mean the pair in the previous post...if not i fly to the sky already, won't be here blogging calmly. Ordered ages ago and it's finally here. Okie, if sb stumbles onto my blog, that person will immediately categorise my blog along with the other bimbotic blogs but hey...i'm not like that one hor..its just that..hai, i mean although i want to complain about the things or the pple around me, I'm afraid to hurt their feelings if they happen to read my blog. Well, maybe i shld remove my blogadd from msn so it's not so free-for-all, come in and look kind. So... I can only take about anime, manga or jap stuff. Going far east to collect my shoes tmr and also my Deathnote bk 13 (hope it's still there, coz Kino only holds the ordered bks for 1 mth, and i think its been 1 mth+) anyway, if its not there then i'm not fated to buy it. More crazy over NANA nowadays. Singing as a profession is pretty cool, (rock band somemore) but provided got the style, figure, looks and blah blah..

Hmm, just watched the jap version of Hana yori Dango (aka meteor garden). I know I know, the manga has been produced to tv series for like umpteen times but its still nice to watch though. The Tsukuchi (shan cai) is very cute!!! And F4.....er.. let's say they are not really pleasing to the eye. When i saw the advertisement for the drama series, I almost choked on my meal. Ewk...
The Domyoji (aka the super bad guy) so short!!! Pls his complexion is bad man...can see small little anthills on his face. Hanazawa (hua zhe lei) is the tallest but face abit out of shape, profile not pleasant. The worse is Ximen (i forgot the jap name), looking at his face reminds me of a bloated watermelon..haha. Think Mei Zhuo is the best-looking of them all, although at certain angle, he looks weird too. To sum it all, cast not pleasing to the eye, but story line is okie, i mean what can go wrong it u use the same script which has been tried, tested and succeeded so many times? I am forced to agree that the taiwanese F4 looks much better. Didn't know anybody can look worse than them until i saw the jap F4. Hai..sigh..
Me and my sis spent some time thinking about korean stars who can be the Korean F4. Sadly, none. Not that the guys are not good-looking enough, it's just that they all look the same. Sadly. And they are quite old already..so...give up!

okie...i better go start on my spanish hw...and yes i'm taking 2 lang...its eating up my brain cells..2 lang not including jap..so 3 in total..help!

okie...after that whole long line of crap, i dun noe whther my sentence structure is correct anot..but heck....just humtum anything i can think of. Anyway, back to something more related to my topic. I want NANA shoes!!!!! so cute and nice...will post up the pics later. But i think after looking at the pics, i think many of you wil think like "Wah siow isit? how to walk in those shoes?" But real pple have walked in those shoes and succeeded. So I'm going to try. But that is if i can get the shoes. Still really confused over the shoes sizes listed on the website so waiting for sb to clarify my doubt on Sgcafe. Hopefully the earlier the better. And if order the shoes from japan via that website, its so much cheaper than if you buy from those pple selling in Singapore, although the shipping cost are not included yet, i should be sharing it with sb else so it wont amount to too much. ANother reason why i want to order from the website is that it sells the ribbon strap version!!! The rest selling in Singapore are leather strap version. And moreover, since i this website was also mentioned in the Gothic Lolita Bible, so i guess the shoes shld be at least of a better quality. But untimately, whther you fall on your face anot depends on the wearer....which is me. (hard to say, i'm a super clumsy person.) Anyway...yah...hope that the person in sgcafe can answer me quick quick...when i feel like buying (which is now). Damn...got to find a part-time job soon.
